I returned the wrong item by mistake. What do I do?

BeCool Shoes does not store items mistakenly sent to us. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to BeCool Shoes, contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee your item will be found, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to us. BeCool Shoes has sole discretion over the handling and disposition of all items mistakenly sent to us.
