I printed out my label and misplaced it. How can I retrieve it again?

You can find a link to your return label in the return confirmation email you received.

If you have a BeCool Shoes account, you can also navigate to your Account menu, then to Orders and Returns. Find the order that contains the item you are returning and look for the “Print Return Label” button. If you checked out as a guest, you can click the Order Number in any of your order-related emails (confirmation, shipping, or delivery), and then find the “Print Return Label” button on the Order Information page.
