Where do I find my order number?

Your order number is included each confirmation email sent after an order is placed. At the top of the email, you will see "Order #" followed by a 6-digit number.

If you haven't received a confirmation email, check your Spam and Junk folders to make sure it wasn't redirected there.

You can also find your order number and all your previous and current order details by logging into your BeCool Shoes account at www.BeCoolShoes.com/myaccount and navigating to My Orders.
